A few weeks ago we undertook an effort to gather information about the
available eRA software products, their capabilities and pricing.  I'm
sorry to inform you that we've been asked by some of the vendors not
share this information with you and since it wasn't our intent to cause
a ruckus we're going to honor their wishes.  I deeply apologize to the
people who contacted me who were very interested in getting this
information and to any of you who may have been looking forward to it.

They've asked that you contact them directly to get information about
what their products can do, what services they offer, and the cost.  We
completely understand their position that they are the best source of
information about their products. We were hoping to give you a good
starting point to keep you from having to go through the maze of all the
available products, to help you narrow down the list of vendors to
contact to the ones that fit your needs and approximate budget.
