Does anyone have a copy of the document, "Topical Outline of the Essential
Elements of Research Administration"? The electronic link,
http://infoserv.rttonet.psu.edu/topout.htm, is broken. I couldn't find the
document on the NCURA website either. Any assistance would be appreciated.
