Our university system is developing in-house system-wide research administration system.  Our developers have studied many of the commercially available systems.  If you have a pre-award home-grown or commercial system or maybe just a component/module of the pre-award system that you believe really works well, I would like to hear from you.  The component/module area could cover; proposal development, budget, conflict of interest, compliance, collection of collaborator/subrecipient information, system to system submission, or other pre-award function I have not listed.
