Our organization is going through a review to identify internal processes that need improvement in the management of grant/contract activity.  We are interested to benchmark with universities that have recently had significant increases over the last five or so years in their grant/contract activity.  We would like to learn what incentives they might have created to increase growth and how they overcame hurdles that impeded the grant/contract process.
