I would like to know how other institutions handle overruns on SNAP NIH awards.  Do you allow overruns to be carried forward into the next funding period?  Do you handle overruns in year 4 of a 5 year award differently than you would handle the overrun from year 1 to 2?  Do you have percentage or dollar threshold you use to determine what is a reasonable overrun?
