NIH Diversity Research Supplements - Student/Employee/Benefits?
Linda Marston 09 Feb 2011 11:38 EST
Greetings:
I would like to get examples from those who are very familiar with the NIH
URS and Post-Baccalaureate Research Supplements on how they define the
recipients employee / student status. The recipient is an NIH-supported
"trainee," like a grad student associate with tuition remission, but also
like a "temporary employee" in terms of full-time status on the NIH
research. Do you have special benefits packages for these trainees, such
as tuition remission, employee-level health benefits, vacation/sick/leave
time, and/or housing allowances?
Contact me directly, or reply to the list with general-interest responses.
Thanks!
