Hi -
I submitted a proposal yesterday to NIH and have yet to receive the
e-mail notice from the Commons.  I got the Grants.gov notices within a
few minutes and checked the Commons around an hour after submission.
The proposal is there and I was able to view it and confirm it is all
okay, but neither the PI or myself have received an e-mail message from
the Commons.  Anyone else having this issue?
