Greetings all,

We are hoping to collect some data from other institutions regarding
certain areas that have (to date) been managed primarily by our
central, pre-award office.  If you would take a few moments to
complete the attached two surveys it would be greatly appreciated (my
apologies for the two documents, Survey Monkey limits the questions
in the "basic"plan to 10).  The majority are "yes," and "no"
questions, but additional areas are provided for specific
feedback.  If anyone is interested in the results of the survey once
all the data has been collected, I am definitely willing to share
