I got the error message again and now I'm being passed around from Grants.gov, NIH Help desk and eRA Commons.   No one wants to assume responsibility.  If it's late, Commons won't accept because they have not been advised from Grants.gov that there is a system problem.
I resubmitted a third time and now I'm waiting to see what happens.
I like how it's no one's fault and it's my problem.  We're dealing with separate entities, no cross communications and the applicants are the ones to suffer.  Very unacceptable.  There needs to be a better coordination between the grant processing center and the sponsoring agencies when these issues arise.
Any suggestions?? Thanks!
