Anyone else get this message? I was resubmitting an application I had rejected
because of a typo on the IACUC assurance number and then I got this. I was
advised by Grants.gov to call NIH help desk instead.
Anyone else have this problem? Should I resubmit but use this new grant tracking
number or the old tracking number? thanks
