NSF has posted a revision to the ARRA recipient reporting data model (Version 4.0) which incorporates the updates implemented in OMB Memorandum M-10-34<http://www.whitehouse.gov/sites/default/files/omb/memoranda/2010/m-10-34.pdf>, “Updated Guidance on the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act”, dated September 24, 2010.  We’ve also modified the NSF-specific guidance to incorporate lessons learned from prior reporting periods.

The data model is available on the ARRA recipient reporting webpage at: http://www.nsf.gov/recovery/reporting.jsp. To facilitate your review, the chart below provides a listing of the data elements which include guidance updates:
