Problems with Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF)?

We have started having problems accessing WAWF, getting messages from
our browsers that the server is not found. For a few days, accessing
the site from within our VPN solved the problem by allowing us to add
the site as a security exception, but now that is not working either.
This is happening in both IE and FireFox.
Anyone ever experience similar problems?
