Has anybody who applied for a Rehabilitation Services Administration grant received a reply?  Are they running late?  We are in a bind as existing grants expire next week, and we have people who don't know if they'll still be employed at that point.  Their jobs depend on pending grant awards.  (We have two major proposals pending.)
