James, come on. I have spent the last 45 years dealing with research
admin folks, all of whom were wonderful, but cannot I spend the golden
years without talking with other retirees, about the good old days
before eRA and before ARRA, before A-21, before xerox copying ( I
did my first copying on Ditto), back when it was a high IDC of 20%
S&W :) I think I would like to spend time with people who never
worried about deadlines and effort reporting, people who can say "kill
two birds with one stone" and not worry the Animal Compliance
Committee will come calling. There must be a whole nother world out
there!
