We are debating on the interpretation of the below Human Subjects as it
would pertain to a NEW application.

The question is:for a NEW application should one provide a list in section 7
Human subjects of approved research projects (grant #, PD/PI, and project
title and IRB Approval dates--even if it may only be a representative sample?
