Part-Time Grants Coordinator Position: University of Indianapolis Cantwell, Megan 27 Apr 2010 12:49 EST

*Grants Coordinator (Part-time)*

CELL, the Center of Excellence in Leadership of Learning at the University of Indianapolis, seeks applications for a Grants Coordinator. This is a part-time exempt staff position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinating the development of resources to sustain CELL through cultivation of financial support organizations, research of grant opportunities, submission of grant applications to governmental and philanthropic organizations, pre- and post-award grant management, and other such activities. In addition, the individual filling this position may have responsibility to lead other CELL initiatives and serve on other CELL school development teams as assigned by the Executive Director.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in an education-related field. Strong computer skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong organizational skills, and positive interpersonal skills are required. Teaching and school administration experience, familiarity with high school models, and experience in successful grant writing are preferred. Familiarity with Indiana educational, philanthropic, and governmental organizations is desired.
