Hi All,
We routinely have key personnel in a grant application, who are not listed as key on the notice of grant award. Sometimes NIH will identify as key the first couple of people alphabetically; sometimes they just name the PI; and sometimes nobody is named. Has anyone ever run into a problem with NIH if they don't obtain prior approval for a significant change in effort for someone who was listed as key but didn't make the cut for the award notice?
Thanks,
Colleen
