NSF Graduate Research Supplements

Okay, I'm baffled--or maybe it's Friday late and I'm missing something.
The GRS supplement guidelines say to use the REU solicitation for the procedure for submitting the GRS supplements. The GRS guidelines also say: "When completing the cover sheet, the proposal title should begin with 'GRS:' and follow with the title of the original award."
The problem is that if you use the REU procedure, there is no cover page to complete. Fastlane automatically generates the cover page, and you can only see it when you use the "print" function. There is no button for working on the cover sheet.
Has anyone else been working on one of these and found a solution?
thanks,
Joan
