Re: Phase 2 Applications in EHBs Michael E Johnson 06 Apr 2010 10:57 EST
We've been working on three Phase 2's here and got the very confusing email from HRSA. One of our department contacts was able to get through to her contact at HRSA and got the following response: If you've submitted phase 1 grant applications you should have received this warning this morning. It's not clear when decisions will be made regarding changes, or how much additional time will be given to finalize the applications. One the changes they have to deal with is that the reauthorization of the primary care cluster in the health care reform bill utilizes five year grants, rather than three year as is the current practice. This was from the government contact for STFM ("Teachers in Family Medicine"). We're still scrambling here trying to figure exactly what is affected.
