Hi Paul, Email deluge is a general problem for all. Friendly suggestion - if you use Outlook, simply right click on any RESADM email in your inbox and choose 'Create a Rule'. You can set it so all subsequent RESADM emails to go directly to a special folder, which clears up your inbox. Then you can visit the RESADM folder at your convenience. Food for thought.
