I am hoping to locate a few recommended vendors who provide proposal
writing & development training.  We are working with an institution in
another country & they are hoping to grow their research and sponsored
activity.  They would like to offer a workshop or short course to their
faculty & have asked me for any recommendations.  Since we have not used
this type of service, I'm hoping someone out there can make some
suggestions!
