That has always been the case in the past....as long as you submitted on time, NIH will accept it. In one of the first round or two after the R01s went electronic, I remember it taking 2-3 days for the proposal to get from Grants.gov to NIH. If you have a submission receipt for all of your proposals, go on home....any corrections can be done next week!
