I thought COEUS was teaming with Kuali, as noted in the list below.
Also, for clarification, was the study for systems that allow for
forms filling, routing, approval and submission to Grants.gov or other
grant receiving mechanism? I have looked at all of these systems and
did not think IT Systems had a grants submission option. If they do,
perhaps someone who uses that could tell us about it.
Likewise, does ORACLE/PeopleSoft have an S2S submission option?
I recently learned about IDEATE but do not know of any users of that
system. Does it have a Grants.gov submission module?
