We have a bi-annual internal competition and it is 100% electronic.  An announcement is sent out regarding due date and what is required.  All proposals must be submitted electronically, we no longer accept hard copies.  We then forward electronic copies to reviewers who also respond electronically.

Good Morning, All,

We are in the middle of an internal competition right now on campus but it's
got me wondering how to improve our process so I have some questions for
you:

1- What kind of electronic/hard copy ratio do you have? Is the process all
electronic from releasing the call for proposals to the review process or do
you accept hard copies?

2- What parts of your competition are electronic? What kind of submission
methods does your office use?
