DIRECTOR, GRANTS AND SPONSORED PROJECTS--Bridgewater State College

1.        Stimulate,  provide assistance for and oversee project and proposal development.
2.        Scan the funding environment for trends and opportunities, research new funding sources, and disseminate information.
3.        Facilitate faculty and librarian participation in accessing external funding.
4.        Facilitate, in collaboration with Institutional Advancement, the development of institution-wide proposals.
5.        Oversee the post-award administration of all funded projects.
6.        Prepare and distribute reports of grants activities.
7.        Work in partnership with faculty, administrative staff, and external organizations to build collaborative projects.
8.        Enhance the campus infrastructure for scholarship, including the dissemination of appropriate policies and procedures
 Reports to the Associate Provost for Academic Planning and Administration, supervises three staff.Master’s degree required, doctorate preferred; minimum three years of experience; provide entrepreneurial, creative leadership; excellent and demonstrable writing and speaking skills.
