Hi,
I am preparing to submit a proposal to the Canadian Department of
National Defense for a new faculty member. I was wondering if anyone has
submitted proposals through the Public Works and Government Services
Canada? Are there any specific PWGSC departments (or even documents) for
foreign universities submitting for R&D RFPs? I've searched their
website and listened to countless busy signals at the Ontario office, so
any help would be very appreciated.
