Subject: [RESADM-L] FW: ARRA award with a Foreign subcontractor

I could use some help to sort out what we need to put into the ARRA template for an NIH award where one of the subcontracts is an institution in London.
Do they have to have a DUNS number?  If they don’t, how will they be identified in the report?  Also, they ‘zip code’ doesn’t fit the 9-digit zip space and I can’t tell if I should list them as England or UK ……….I can’t find the initials for either one in the country code.
