Good morning,

I am looking for someone who has successfully sponsored an international on a federal grant in H1B status through a University employer.  We have an international student who has graduated from our program and the PI would like to employ her for the 3 year term of his grant so must convert her visa status.   The university does not fund sponsorship.  The PI hopes to fund the sponsorship costs through the grant.  I am looking for someone who has already tried this who can share their experience.
