I am aware and compliant with the NSF Post-Doc Mentoring Program.
However in a meeting today, I was told that as part of the requirements
of receiving ARRA funds, that you must also have a post-doc mentoring
program for any project for which you hire a Post-Doc?  Is this
something new?  Would someone be able to point me in the right direction
for more information on the requirement?
