For NIH? If so, you have until 5 PM two days AFTER the deadline to make
changes.
HOWEVER...if there are no errors identified by NIH, that proposal will
disappear into the referral and review ether 48 hours after it arrived at
Commons. SO...withdraw it to be safe if you need more than 48 hours.
