First go to source document and copy info that you want. Then go to the ARRA template, double click in the space so that you see the blinking cursor, right click on your mouse and choose paste and then it will work.

Can someone please explain again how they cut and pasted to add a
narrative to the ARRA report. I copied a summary into a blank workbook
and then tried to copy it back to the ARRA report. I could not get it
to work.
