I have discovered that if you paste NTEE-NPC (or, presumably, NAICS
codes) into cells C42-E46 of the grants template, when you save the cell
is locked.  You will not be able to edit that field.  Don't know yet if
the sheet will validate.

If you pick the value from the drop down, or type it in, you are OK.
Only cutting & pasting from another source (I cut from the NPC web look
up page to an e-mail, and from there into the sheet) results in the problem.
