No, there isn't.

I don't know if it's a good idea or not to take a "pre-emptive" strike and tell
them up front and early or not.  Chances are that you'll get the notice to the
wrong person.  Or worse, they'll start asking questions.  It may be best to wait
for the letters to come in and address your response directly to that person.

is there any requirement to proactively notify funding agencies that our
organization is not required to conduct an A-133 audit? (our annual level of
federal funding expenditures has required this in the past, but it did not reach
the $500,000 threshold this year).
