I work in a medical school but am helping some people in our
undergraduate schools submit NIH R15 applications.
Am I correct in thinking that the research plan for an R15 focuses
just on research as other R-series proposals would?
And...that the discussion of environment, involvement of undergrad
students, training etc is dealt with elsewhere?
I see specific instructions for discussing this stuff in the
Facilities and Resources section and even the biosketch.
Also...for those of you who have done many R15s...do the ARRA R15
guidelines seem very different from the conventional R15 guidelines?
Thanks.
