Re: Post Award Reporting - SF425, SF 269 and SF270 PAKISH, CAROL 23 Jul 2009 07:54 EST

The 425 does not ask for beginning balance of cash on hand, so the line 10c only yields cash on hand for the current quarter. That may be why some agencies still want the old forms.

Subject: [RESADM-L] Post Award Reporting - SF425, SF 269 and SF270

Fellow colleagues,
We've been receiving in our office awards from a specific agency office that is requiring us to report the financial data on the SF269, SF270 and SF425. It was my understanding that the SF425 is the replacement of, and essentially contains the same data as, the SF269 and SF270; seems rather redundant for an agency office to ask for all three.

Has anyone run into this? Any suggestions on how to proceed?
