Ruth,

When you log in and call up the solicitation, the FAQ (if any) should be
on the Documentation list.  I looked under this solicitation and did not
see any.  DOE may not have published them yet.

Hi Folks,

I working with people submitting a letter of intent to the solicitation
DE-FOA-0000090.  Apparently there is some place in Fedconnect that you
can see questions and DOE's responses for each solicitation but for the
life of me, I can find it!  Can anyone help me, please?
