Included are some needed improvements along with some odd changes I
wasn't aware were needed.  I didn't notice any of the changes we've
all been clamoring for (easier budget year maneuvering and entry,
double-click to open, etc.).  I'm curious how this affects S2S users,
particularly those who've opted to develop their own system.
