Happy Summer Folks,

Regarding ARRA reporting, it appears that we are not required to submit
a July 10th report because it appears the government isn't ready to
receive them.  What I read on federalreporting.gov that we should
maintain the data so that it can be reported on October 10th.  Are your
institutions spending the ARRA grant funding you have received or are
you delaying any spending until July 1st?
