Yes for an application I submitted yesterday for today's deadline.  I
sent in a request for assistance and called as well.  Commons help desk
said that many applications submitted yesterday that hit eRA Commons
during the "transition" period got this message.  I was instructed that
eRA Commons would "resubmit" the application and I should not.  I'm
waiting with fingers crossed.
