I did not do a formal assessment but based on issues brought up during discussions or highlighted when administrators have interacted with central business functions, at my division level we decided to implement training & education imitative. Our central business offices polled the departments and have recently have put together some training and educational programs. I am not in a central business office. However we at our divisional level and our central business offices conduct our own training and we partner with each other so they are present during our training to comment or provide feedback as well. The central business offices used a survey tool to assess the need and interests of the departments before putting together their training events. At this time I am only sharing the training calendar of my Division to give interested parties an idea of the topics we cover. If one is interested in the power points or other aids we used during the sessions, feel free to contact me offline and I do not mind sharing them.
