Would you mind sharing how you account for PI admin. time? Do you
account for time differently on federally-funded projects and
industry-funded projects? If so, how?

We currently account for PI admin. time on industry-funded projects
based on enrollment numbers. For our federally-funded projects PI admin.
time is a percentage of effort.
