It seems this agency cannot figure out how to allow use of Firefox or
Safari. Among other things?  This puts our Macs out of business for
this.  I thought we were past the days of  lack of Mac support by
federal agencies :(

At UC San Diego we cannot access ANY NIH websites.  It all looks fine
to them, per NCRR grants management.  Our other internet connections
are fine, but none of the NIH sites (OER, Guide, Commons, NHLBI,
etc.) work.  -Jean
