Attached is a standard form that we use to notify faculty of all upcoming limited submission announcements.  I have also attached our institution's guidelines for all limited submission grants.  These guidelines are attached to every limited submission announcement that is distributed to faculty.

I know internal competitions and how various institutions handle them is discussed at great length in this listserv but my question/request is a little more specific.

I'm attempting to make things a little more consistent when I receive applications from folks on my campus that are interested in a limited proposal competition.
