Is anyone submitting a 2009 NIDA Avant Garde application (due June 2nd)? The
RFA (RFA-DA-09-011) requests information on humans and animals. The
instructions specifically state to upload this information to the PHS 398
Research Plan component of the SF424 (R&R). However, the application linked
to RFA-DA-09-011 does not have a research plan component.

Also, the applicant is required to upload his essay from the pre-application
stage. For the pre-application, the essay was uploaded to the research plan
component. I don't have a place to upload it now that the research plan
component is missing!

I tried contacting xxxxxx@nih.gov, but I did not receive a suitable
answer. Just thought I would ask the experts before calling the NIH.
