I know internal competitions and how various institutions handle them is
discussed at great length in this listserv but my question/request is a
little more specific.

I'm attempting to make things a little more consistent when I receive
applications from folks on my campus that are interested in a limited
proposal competition. I'm trying to develop an application for the sake of
consistency. If any of you follow this approach, can you forward me a copy
