All:
WSU has been working with ABU (Ahmadu Bellow University) in Nigeria on a
World Bank flow-through funded contract. ABU is not willing to transfer
funding by account transfer or warrant (as required by the contract) but
instead, wants our PI to bring Nigerian cash back with him to the US.
Have any of you had similar experiences with ABU? If so, how did you
resolve this? Your input is appreciated. Thanks, Brenda
