While I do agree that our jobs are very cool (I love my job!), we all do have our moments of needing to vent. It's a healthy thing, and not to be confused with dissatisfaction. Lea Hollowell Research Coordinator Office of Sponsored Programs Indiana State University (812)237-8124 >>> Mike McCallister <xxxxxx@UINDY.EDU> 5/8/2009 3:55 PM >>> Yes, let’s do blame it on anything we can identify. That’s one of our traits—having pity parties. We have a toughish job, but it’s our job and it’s just a job. We shouldn’t whine and if we don’t like the constant flux of changing research and technology, we should leave. Jeez, guys—this is great work, why do we complain when it’s hard? Lots of stuff is difficult, more difficult than this. At least we work indoors. Miller time.
