valued and acted upon for improvement.

Because of unannounced, last minute changes made to the conference room
assignments by the host hotel that was beyond the control of the conference
organizers, and to accomodate the schedule of guest speakers from the U.S.
Government Accounting Office and Grants.gov, the conference may have
appeared to be less organized than usual.

Please note that the conference organizers have addressed these issues for
all future summit venues.

The next state grants summit is scheduled in Austin Texas at the end of May.
