So we had the DUNS number Grants.gov rejection on about 15 of our 148 submissions.  We assumed this rejection meant it really didn't get to G.g so I resubmitted and finally got all 15 through to the Commons.  Now today both the original submission and the resubmission are showing up in eCommons and we're getting "ACTION REQUIRED ... due to duplicate of a previous submission" emails.

Actually, no... they called me by cell (yes, I had left a
message, but it was a few days between when I had called
and the return call with no way to identify who was
calling- caller id said restricted)
