Question on reporting Time Commitment on Current & Pending Support

On the NSF Current & Pending Support Form I have a PI that is funded on
a Parent grant plus there are supplementals listed. The time commitment
is shown on the Parent grant. Is it o.k. to show 0.00 effort on the
supplements? Or should I divide up the total effort to show something on
each of the supplements? The supplements did not add effort to the
original research proposal.
